Bionorica’s Natureheart Foundation was established in 2007 to improve the lives of children across the world through meaningful projects like providing medical supplies, therapy and play rooms in hospitals, educational programs, social projects, children's camps and so much more!
Our Purpose
Children around the world deserve love and nurturing. Throughout Europe, many children’s hospitals, family clinics and social programs that are designed to support disadvantaged children and their families lack the necessary funding and resources to meet their ever-growing needs. In an effort to make a difference, the Natureheart Foundation for Kids was founded to serve as a resource for those in need.
Dr. Michael Popp, CEO and grandson of the company’s founder, Josef Popp, witnessed the everyday hardships that children endured during his extensive travels throughout Europe. Determined to make a difference, Michael established the Natureheart Foundation for Kids in 2007, an organization that provides rapid and sustainable help in areas where other charitable organizations leave off.
Our Work
The Natureheart Foundation for Kids manages 19 separate and unique charitable relief projects in six Eastern European countries: Russia, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Moldova, Ukraine and Germany. Each project is dedicated to serving children and their families through private philanthropy.
Today, The Natureheart Foundation for Kids continues to serve thousands of ill and disadvantaged children and their families through funding medical facilities, doctors, nurses and additional care personnel and support staff. The foundation also donates medical supplies, creates therapy and play rooms, funds educational programs and so much more!
